ReallyFree is a search and discovery tool that helps users find websites offering free information and services. Supporter listings are paid placements in search results.
Businesses that sign up as Supporters gain placement slots in ReallyFree search results. You may list any products you choose — there are no restrictions on what you add to your account. Only products that pass our vetting process and receive a green rating will appear in search results and be promoted to users.
You may not use ReallyFree to list products or services that are misleadingly described as free, that violate applicable law, or that contain malware or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove any listing and suspend any account that violates these terms.
ReallyFree is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding uptime or search ranking outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid in the three months prior to any claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
